The problem of making road markers more apparent at night has been solved by Australians. They intend to paint them with “photo luminescent paint,” much like some watches’ hands do.
As part of a road safety campaign by Regional Roads Victoria, the paint will be applied to a few chosen roads in the Australian state of Victoria.
